OK. So far I've been able to complete 6 out of my 11 tasks on my personal wellness list. It's getting late and I'm tired so clearly not all of them got done today, BUT, I feel good. Having the list is keeping me on track and I was able to accomplish some other things that needed to be done. I stayed a lot calmer today and didn't feel overwhelmed. Tomorrow is another day and we'll see how that goes...
