I'm very excited to announce that our studio space will be expanding in the near future! That means more room in our busy mat classes and more classes in general.
We will be adding more qigong with Steve and osteo-tap will be back!
Also in the works is a NIA class with Beth.

Keep checking in for dates for our opening celebration in the New Year!
